	Olan R. Reese is a co-founding partner of Reese & Kwarciak Co., L.P.A. Olan's areas of practice include personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, product liability and insurance law. Olan has devoted his entire legal career to helping people injured due to another person's negligence. Olan is a graduate of Lorain County Community College, Cleveland State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Olan was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1984. In over twenty-six years of representing injured people, Olan has resolved thousands of injury claims and obtained millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Olan is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

	Richard F. Kwarciak is a co-founding partner of Reese & Kwarciak Co., L.P.A. Richard's areas of practice include personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, product liability, insurance law practice, business law and contracts. Richard was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1994 and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1995. Richard attended The Pennsylvania State University and received his B.A. degree from Penn State in 1990. He attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and received his J.D. degree in 1994. He has actively served as a Chairperson and Arbitrator for the Cuyahoga County Arbitration Department since 1996. A diligent advocate for his clients, Richard has collected millions of dollars for his clients.
